Chester Race Company aims to create the best experiences for hundreds of thousands of guests every year through the best horse racing and hospitality. They operate 3 racecourses with one in England, Scotland, and Wales as well as operating other divisions including a busy city centre hotel, conferencing, and events facilities along with an external catering and events management division called Horseradish. They have around 200 permanent employees with a wide range of seasonal staff. On race days they can have over 1,500 people working on site at their biggest course.
