ISO 9001:2015 Foundation Course

This course helps participants understand how QMS techniques are developed and applied, and how the ISO 9001:2015 standard is interpreted and implemented.

On completion of the course, individuals will be able to:

This course is designed for managers, supervisors, and individuals with current or potential quality roles, as well as anyone who wants to understand and assess the impact and relevance of quality management within their organisation.

It is also ideal for those who need an introduction to quality assurance, or for participants wishing to attend the CQI and IRCA Certified 2-day Auditor Course without prior experience of quality systems.

On successful completion of the course, individuals will receive a CQI and IRCA-accredited training certificate (2350).
