Job Purpose

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work with a large, varied group of Notify Customers to ensure their success with Notify’s products through the development of strong long-term relationships
  • Develop meaningful customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, improving customer lifetime value and maintaining extremely high levels of retention
  • Become an advocate for your customers to represent their needs within the Notify business
  • Provide a world-class service to customers through timely communication across multi-channels including (video) calls, online presentations, demonstrations, emails and digital touch
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities to support the continued expansion of revenues
  • Independently manage high volume and wide-ranging tasks, queries, issues and escalation cases
  • Work with customers on their renewal journey with us minimising customer churn
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Our customers have great ideas, and our Product team want to hear those!)
  • Proactively monitor customer health by leveraging real-time data, ensuring all customers are successfully using the products they have purchased from us
  • Help grow our revenue by finding leads for Sales by driving value in every interaction

Job Purpose

  • Ensure the portfolio of existing and new products achieve targets through innovative and well executed initiatives
  • Work with product owners to define buyer and user personas, operationalising customer use cases and problems that Notify solves
  • Develop product propositions for customers and prospects which create a competitive advantage and impact for customers
  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and technology teams to refine and evolve our product roadmap

Job Purpose

  • Develop the overarching Marketing Strategy for 12 to 24 month periods with the support of the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Develop an annual marketing calendar across multiple channels (including digital, events, 3rd parties and PR)
  • Set out the digital marketing strategy for Notify; monitoring performance (impressions, clicks, conversions) and adjusting to enhance results
  • Define and implement digital nurture programmes to capture pre MQL and drive performance through to demonstrations and successful product trials
  • Prepare the monthly social media calendar in partnership with our agency, to maximise engagement
  • Take accountability for the data strategy within Notify
  • Develop and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Gather customer and prospect market insights to inform outreach strategies, increasing inbound lead generation through high quality activity
  • Work cross functionally with your colleagues in product development, sales and services to create outstanding outcomes for our customers and prospects

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment with a significant focus on digital marketing

Job Purpose

As a sales development representative, your activity will focus on outbound sales strategy. You’ll be a driven problem solver, looking at sectors to unearth opportunities where our solutions can drive real and tangible benefits for our future customers.

Our sales development representatives are our inside sales team, focussing on outreach, prospecting and lead qualification so that opportunities can be passed to sales executives. Activities & Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Generate leads using outreach and prospecting methods including telephone calls, emails, social and LinkedIn InMail to discover new opportunities
  • Communicate with potential customers with the expected outcome of booking in meetings for Sales Executives
  • Qualify leads and hit monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs of outbound activities and meetings booked for sales executives

Job Purpose
