Job Purpose

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll focus on providing an outstanding service to our customers through various support channels that aligns to our strategic objectives. You’ll be an authentic people person, have a curious mind with a natural ability to solve problems.

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support / triage of support tickets to the relevant functional areas across our business in line with key performance indicators
  • Responsible for the resolution of all customer issues raised, ensuring that customers are updated within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) and that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Assess the impact / urgency of tickets and gather the appropriate information for the type of Incident / Request
  • Proactive and accurate communication to customers on incident and request ticket progress
  • Create knowledge articles and support documentation, including procedural documentation
  • Follow Escalation process (where required) for incidents/requests that can’t be resolved within agreed timescales, whilst maintaining responsibility for ticket management and customer communication throughout
  • You’ll become a familiar face to our community of customers that acts as the voice of our customers internally to promote a seamless customer experience
  • Act as a central point of contact between the customer and technical team, also providing an interface into our Customer Success Team
  • Team collaboration working towards delivering a frictionless digital customer experience
  • Onboarding new customers where needed – explaining how the software works, supporting them in getting the best of Notify
  • Identify potential opportunities where customers may have a requirement for additional licenses and/or new modulesand passing them across to Customer Success

Job Purpose

As a sales development representative, your activity will focus on outbound sales strategy. You’ll be a driven problem solver, looking at sectors to unearth opportunities where our solutions can drive real and tangible benefits for our future customers.

Our sales development representatives are our inside sales team, focussing on outreach, prospecting and lead qualification so that opportunities can be passed to sales executives. You will therefore connect with as many businesses and leads as possible, determining if they’re a good fit for Notify Technology and moving them through the sales opportunity pipeline.

Activities & Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Generate leads using outreach and prospecting methods including telephone calls, emails, social and LinkedIn InMail to discover new opportunities
  • Communicate with potential customers with the expected outcome of booking in meetings for Sales Executives
  • Qualify leads and hit monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs of outbound activities and meetings booked for sales executives
  • Develop pipeline through calling, social selling, email campaign sequencing and marketing driven inbound opportunities
  • Ensure that all systems are updated regularly to provide an accurate and live view of the customer/prospect at any time
  • Support senior sales executives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Collaborate within the sales and marketing community to bring new lead generation ideas
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects who have arrived inbound via marketing activities
  • Attend regular product reviews and share customer feedback with the product team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the health and safety sector and how the Notify platform resolves pain points that could ultimately save lives
  • Utilise your passion for technology in the sales cycle by using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Nav to support you in your role.
  • Develop the skills required to progress to a sales executive role for those interested in that career pathway.

Essentials for the role

We are looking for people who:

  • Are looking to set out on their first sales role as well as those who have 6 months + experience looking for a similar role (salary is dependent upon experience)
  • Have experience and a good working knowledge of systems used within sales cycle, for example HubSpot and Sales Navigator
  • Have demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets
  • Possess a passion for using technology in sales cycles – likely to have experience of using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
  • Have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn new skills, making new connections across the industry in order to so do
  • Can demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and are driven to over-achieve targets

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated sales executive to join our sales team.  As a high performing sales executive, you will play an important role in driving the success of our business by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy that will identify sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle through to close and warm handover to customer success managers.

Your primary responsibility will be to turn leads and prospects into paying customers.  In order to do this successfully you will quickly gain an understanding of our SaaS platform and the health and safety sector.  This will enable you to promote and demonstrate our products to potential customers in a way that demonstrates a strong return on investment and alignment to their health and safety strategies.

Activities & Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Source, nurture and close sales opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
  • Follow up on leads that are generated by marketing and sales development representatives in a timely manner
  • Manage the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales
  • Continuously develop pipeline through calling, social selling, email campaigns and marketing driven inbound opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of the health and safety market, to enable solutions to be positioned effectively against pain points being experienced by prospective customers
  • Engage with prospects, undertaking value-based selling and supporting the defining of the business case as appropriate
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business as necessary including professional services, customer success and product development to support the sales process
  • Ensure that all systems are updated regularly to provide an accurate and live view of the customer/prospect at any time
  • Follow the sales process demoing the software, making phone calls, sending e-mails and utilising LinkedIn where applicable.
  • Attend regular product reviews and share customer feedback with the product team.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings across the country as required
  • Maintain a detailed awareness of the competition
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts that ensure a strong value exchange for all parties

Essentials for the role

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 12 months+ sales experience preferably in software as a service sales organisation in a client-facing role
  • Possess experience and working knowledge of CRM and marketing outreach solutions
  • Can demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and are driven to over-achieve targets
  • Have highly effective communication skills – you’ll be confident in dealing with people across all levels of an organisation including C-Suite
  • Have experience and a passion for using technology in sales cycles
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation and are driven by targets
  • Can demonstrate strong negotiation skills with win/win outcomes
