We’ve updated our Welcome email, recommending they use the Forgot Password link to change their password and the minimum password guidelines.
We’ve updated the Extended Dashboards to set the Report Date (From and To Date Filters) to default to the rolling 12 months prior to today’s date for the following dashboards: Incident Management Action Tracker Audits Tracker
Following customer feedback, we’ve enhanced the Globally Reassign Action/Audit process to be able to search for disabled users who may have outstanding Actions or Audits that need to be reassigned to another user.
We’ve enhanced the RAG type questions to include the ability to define ‘Not applicable’ as an answer. You can also decide to Hide the not applicable option if it’s not relevant. Note: When Not Applicable is selected and Audit Scoring is enabled, this will reduce the overall maximum possible score.
Customer Management > Bulk Data Extract > Incidents We’ve introduced the ability to bulk export Incident Data in JSON format to a secure AWS S3 Location. This feature is useful if you want to interrogate your incident data to build your own custom dashboards using a Power BI Tool of your choice.
The Notify Customer Success team can now help support you, should you need to make changes to your Organisational Structure. Using our internal Org Restructure feature, we can automatically update your Org Structure locations whilst ensuring all Incidents, Audits, Actions, Risk Assessments and User Org Structure Links are updated to reflect the change of location.
We’ve included the ability to filter on date ranges or periods on the Standard Dashboard within Notify, helping you to get to the data you need faster.
We’ve now included the ability to export the contents of your Risk Assessments to a CSV File.
We’ve enhanced our Risk Assessment and Safe System of Work (SSOW) PDF Export to including Colour Schemes, Front Page, Headers and Footers etc.
We’ve changed the way that tagged text is visualised on Risk Controls to help Risk Assessors identify the text they need to update when undertaking their assigned Risk Assessment.
We’ve empowered users of the Risk Assessment module to be able to manage their own Risk Assessment Templates. You can choose Company Logo Alignment, apply a colour theme that matches your business branding whilst including details supporting your Safe System of Work and the Hazards and Controls.
We’ve enhanced the Incident Activity so that when an Incident has been Shared or Escalated that this is tracked in the Activities tab of the Incident.
We’ve enhanced the Subscribe to New Incident Notifications feature by empowering users to be able to choose by Incident type which areas of your Org Structure you want to receive new incident notifications for.
We’ve enhanced our Incident PDF Export to including Colour Schemes, Front & Contents Pages, Headers and Footers etc.
We’ve enhanced filtering by categories so that you can click the “+” button next to the Category Filter to be able to search and select the relevant incidents categories.
We’ve enhanced filtering by sites so that you can click the “+” button next to the Site Filter to be able to search and select the relevant site at each level of the Org Structure.
Confidential Incidents information will only be visible in the CSV Export for Incident data if you have the right permissions. So, for example: Where a user has permission to view all Confidential Incidents, then they will be able to see all data in the CSV Export. Where a user only has permissions to view only one Confidential Incident, then will only be able to see the sensitive data for the Confidential Incident they have access to in the CSV Export. Where the user has no permissions to view Confidential Incidents all sensitive and private data will be replaced by “Confidential” in the CSV Export.
We’ve added a ‘Is Confidential’ column to the Incident List Summary screen whilst also adding into the Incident Type filter an option that will quickly enable you to filter down to all incidents marked as Confidential.
We’ve enhanced our Incident Management module to include the ability to mark an Incident as Private & Confidential so that only authorised Notify users with the correct permissions can view and manage the Incident. Note: Only Department Incident and Company Incidents Managers can flag an incident as confidential. As well as the new Confidential Incident Manager permission group. Once an Incident is marked as Confidential, a user who does not have access to the detail of the Incident will see the following.
The Audit List Summary screen now includes a new Schedule Name Column, making it easier to identify if the Audit came from a specific Audit Schedule.
When viewing the Audit, we now include the Audit Schedule Name to make it easier to identify if it came from a specific Audit Schedule. Note: if the Audit is not related to an Audit Schedule, it will display N/A.
We have enhanced the usability of the Create New Audit screen. You can quickly search for your Audit Form Template and refine the number of items displayed on the page. We have also included a handy padlock icon to help identify if there are any restrictions applied to the template.
We have now made it possible to quickly change an Audit Schedule between the status of Active to Archived and vice versa.
If you have accidently entered incorrect information into the Standard / Clauses on Actions, you can now quickly clear these by selecting the “X” button.
We have included the ability to refine your Audits search by adding a new filter option for Audits with Outstanding Actions.
Following customer feedback, we have now updated the Audit Schedules List screen to default to show Active Audit Schedules via the Status Filter. You can still select the drop down to choose other options such as Archived Audit Schedules.
The Audit Status Filter now includes a new Audits Related to Schedule option to help refine your search criteria.
We have now made it possible at the point of exporting your Audits to PDF to hide questions that have not been answered.
We have introduced the ability to export the full Audit List from the Audit Summary Screen to a CSV File. On creating an Audit and assigning to a user, that user will now receive an email notification to advise them they have a new audit assigned to them.
Also on the Audit List Summary screen, your Audits will include the score as a numeric and percentage value. This is also included in the Audit CSV Export file.
When somebody leaves the business, and you need to reassign their Audits to another user, Department and Company Audit Managers can now use the Globally Reassign Audits feature to move the Audits to another user.
To help keep track of and reconcile your hours worked to your AFR Extended Dashboard we have now included a Grand Total of the hours entered for their specific month.
When creating new users, you can now have the full picture of the Current Active Licences taken and the Remaining Active Licences Available.
Since we released our Single Sign On feature in early March 2021, we have enhanced this feature to support multiple Azure Active Directory Tenant IDs. This is particularly useful for enterprise businesses who may have different IT configurations across the group of companies.
For customers who want Department type users but without the ability to delete the physical Incident, Audit, or record Action we have created the following permission groups: • Restricted Department Incident Manager (see screenshot below) • Restricted Department Audit Manager • Restricted Department Action Manager

We have included the ability to refine your Incidents search by adding a new filter option for Incidents with Outstanding Actions.

It is now possible via the Type Filter to refine your search selection to Standalone Actions (i.e., Actions that are not linked to Audits, Risk Assessments, or Incidents).
We have localised the Notify IM Mobile App (IOS and Android) and Report an Event and subsequent Incident Email Notifications to support Dutch.
We have improved anonymous reporting of Incidents. Now when viewing an incident, we include labels next to the fields and where no Telephone or Email Address are entered, we will show this as “Anonymous (no details provided).”
It is now possible when an Incident has been assigned to someone, to revert the incident back to Unassigned. This can be actioned by accessing the Incident, clicking the Assign button and on the Assignee drop down field clicking the “X” icon and then clicking Save.
We have introduced the ability to export the full Incident List from the Incident Summary Screen to a CSV File.
We have enhanced our Audit Scoring enabling you to include section level scoring when configuring your Audit Form Template. Once the Audit is saved or completed you will be able to clearly see on the View Audit screen the scores per section as both numeric and percentage values.
We have included several useful configurations for your Audit Templates that improve the quality of the Audit Reports. Company Logo Alignment – select whether you want it Left, Centre or Right Aligned. Include Contents Page – you can choose if you want the Audit Report to include a Contents Page. Include Summary of Actions etc - choose if you want a Summary of Actions & Scores on the front page of the Audit Report. Include Activity on PDF Report - to help save paper you may want to exclude the Activity of the PDF Export. Include Disclaimer - if you want to include a disclaimer on the front page of the Audit Report you can define the text you would like to appear.
You can now configure whether you want the Page Numbers, Audit Title & Audits Name in the Footer of each page of the Audit Report. You can also include a Footer Title…for example: Private & Confidential.
We have introduced a new Guidance Text Field type that enables you to provide supporting guidance to your Audit & Incident Forms as well as supporting https hyperlinks to policies or procedures. The new Guidance Text will be shown on the Audit with an icon.
A new Rich Text Field type allows the person completing the Audit using Notify Cloud to use bullet points, bold, underline and include hyperlinks. Note: Notify’s A&I Mobile app does not support Rich Text.
We have enhanced our Audit Scoring by now including both numeric and percentage-based scoring when configuring your Audit Form Template. Once the Audit is saved or completed you will be able to clearly see on the View Audit screen the overall score as both a numeric and percentage value.
We have enhanced the quality of the Audit Report Output to PDF/Print based on the Report Preferences you have configured on your Audit Form Template.
