Usability Enhancements : Misalignment of Data in CSV Export (Incidents and Audits)
Every time changes are made and published on Audit Form Templates (i.e., such as adding, deleting, or changing the order of Sections & Questions) it increases the risk of columns and data becoming misaligned in the CSV file. Usability Enhancements : PDF Export > Improve Picture Size and Show in 2 Columns
We have improved the way we display pictures on the Incident, Audit and Risk Assessment PDF Export. Pictures sizes are now increased, and we are displaying these in columns 2 abreast.
Usability Enhancements : File Attachments > Uploading Video Evidence
We have extended the file attachment capabilities to allow the following video formats (MP4, WMV, FLV, AVI, M4V) as Attachments on Incidents, Audits, Actions and Risk Assessments (Note: the maximum file size per attachment is 25MB).
Usability Enhancements : My Profile > Change Username
It is now possible for users via their My Profile to change/update their Username (i.e., email address) that they access Notify with. Changing the username will also ensure that all historical Incidents, Audits and Actions assigned to their previous username are updated and linked to the new username whilst also ensuring email notifications such as New Incident Reports, Daily and Weekly Digests...
Action Tracking : External Action Assignees > Ability to Upload Attachments
It is now possible as an External Action assignee to not only see any relevant Attachments to the action you have been assigned, but you will also be able to add a maximum of three attachments (e.g., Photo or Video evidence that you are in progress or have completed your action).
Action Tracking : Filter by Create Date or Due Date
We have enhanced the Action and Audits Filters to be able to drive your Date Filters either based on the ‘Created Date’ or the ‘Due Date’. So, for example if you choose Created Date, the Start Date and End Date filters and remaining filters will be based on when the action was created.
Action Tracking : Verification Notes
It is now possible to record verification notes when reviewing completed actions. These notes are retained regardless of change of status and will also be included in the Actions CSV Export.
Action Tracking : In Progress Notes
As an Action Assignee (both internal and external Action Assignees), you will now be able to record In-Progress Notes to help inform the Action Manager of any updates to your action whilst it is in progress. These notes are retained regardless of a change in status and are also included in the Action CSV Export.
Action Tracking : Linked Actions Table on Incident, Audits and Risk Assessment PDF Export
Actions created outside of the Incident/Audit/Risk Assessment Process, or Standalone Actions linked to an Incident/Audit/Risk Assessment will be included on your PDF export in a Linked Actions table.

It is now possible to link standalone Actions that have been created via the Actions module back to an Incident, Audit or Risk Assessment. Action Tracking : Add an Action outside of the Incident Investigation, Audit and Risk Assessment Process
It is now possible to Add Actions before or after an Incident Investigation, Audit or Risk Assessment process. At the footer of the relevant Incident/Audit/Risk Assessment, on the Actions tab, clicking the ‘Add Action’ button will enable you to create and assign the action.
Form Template Manager : Custom Visibility Rules & Triggers – Mandate Pictures
In the following example Form Template, we are conducting an Asbestos Audit. Using the Custom Visibility Rules, we have set up a rule that is simply going to mandate a Picture taken as evidence when the answer to the question “Has asbestos been identified?” is equal to Yes.

We have now included the ability to export a combined Risk Assessment and Safe System of Work (SSOW) to PDF. You can do this by selecting Export All to PDF.

We have also included a new Blank Risk Assessment Template that allows you to create ad-hoc Point of Work Risk Assessments where you want to assess the Initial and Remaining Risk Scores

Audits : Audit Scoring > Show RAG Grade when Scoring is Hidden
We have enhanced the capabilities of Audit Scoring so you can hide the overall scores on the Audit but include the RAG Grading of how that Audit has performed and the number of failures.
Audits : Audit Scoring > Hide RAG Score on Audits
We have increased the flexibility of Audit Scoring at the Form Template level to choose whether you want to hide the Audit Scores on either or both View Audit screen and PDF Export.
Audits : Exporting Audit Report to PDF
When you export the Audit, Inspection or Checklist Report to PDF, the Header Page will include a count of the failures. Further into the report you will also have a Failed Items Summary table, highlighting the questions that failed and the response that triggered that failure.
Audits : Viewing the Failures on the View Audit Detail Screen
Once the Audit has been saved, you will be able to quickly get a count of the number of failed items in the Audit. We also provide a Failed Items Summary at the footer of the View Audit Detail Screen.
Audits : Configuring your Failure Questions
In the Form Template configuration for a Cleaning Audit, we are using a RAG Question that allows the reporter to define Red = Dirty, Amber = Average and Green = Clean. We have configured the Form Template that when Red = Dirty is completed, this will trigger a failure on this question. Audits : Form Templates > Audits > Marks Questions as Failed
We have enhanced our Audit capabilities to enable you to configure certain questions to be a Fail and then highlight to the reader of the of the Audit Report the count of fails and the responses that triggered the failures.
Incident Management : Incident Type Filter > Is Excluded
You can now via the Incident Type filter refine your Incident List to only show your Excluded Incidents. We have also included the ‘Is Excluded’ option within the Export Incident List to CSV.
Incident Management : Include Comments on Incident PDF Export
Following feedback from customers, we have enabled the ability to include Comments on the Incident PDF Export. This will be configured to On in the Form Template for the Incident Investigation Form. You can also choose to Hide Comments on the Incident Export to PDF. To do this, simply check the ‘Hide Comments of PDF’ and then click the Export to PDF button.
Incident Management : Change Incident Location > Automatically Reassign Incident
Incidents previously reported via GPS or manual address and subsequently edited and saved using the Org Structure location, will now automatically reassign the Incident to the ‘Default Assignee for New Incidents’ whilst also sending the “You’ve been assigned an Incident” email notification.

Following customer feedback, we’ve enhanced the Globally Reassign Action/Audit process to be able to search for disabled users who may have outstanding Actions or Audits that need to be reassigned to another user.
Usability : Audit Form Template – Not Applicable on RAG Questions
We’ve enhanced the RAG type questions to include the ability to define ‘Not applicable’ as an answer. You can also decide to Hide the not applicable option if it’s not relevant. Note: When Not Applicable is selected and Audit Scoring is enabled, this will reduce the overall maximum possible score.
Incident Bulk Data Extract
Customer Management > Bulk Data Extract > Incidents We’ve introduced the ability to bulk export Incident Data in JSON format to a secure AWS S3 Location. This feature is useful if you want to interrogate your incident data to build your own custom dashboards using a Power BI Tool of your choice.
Organisational Restructure : Customer Management
The Notify Customer Success team can now help support you, should you need to make changes to your Organisational Structure. Using our internal Org Restructure feature, we can automatically update your Org Structure locations whilst ensuring all Incidents, Audits, Actions, Risk Assessments and User Org Structure Links are updated to reflect the change of location.
