Action Tracking : Filter by Create Date or Due Date

We have enhanced the Action and Audits Filters to be able to drive your Date Filters either based on the ‘Created Date’ or the ‘Due Date’. So, for example if you choose Created Date, the Start Date and End Date filters and remaining filters will be based on when the action was created.

Action Tracking : In Progress Notes

As an Action Assignee (both internal and external Action Assignees), you will now be able to record In-Progress Notes to help inform the Action Manager of any updates to your action whilst it is in progress. These notes are retained regardless of a change in status and are also included in the Action CSV Export.

Audits : Exporting Audit Report to PDF

When you export the Audit, Inspection or Checklist Report to PDF, the Header Page will include a count of the failures. Further into the report you will also have a Failed Items Summary table, highlighting the questions that failed and the response that triggered that failure.

Audits : Configuring your Failure Questions

In the Form Template configuration for a Cleaning Audit, we are using a RAG Question that allows the reporter to define Red = Dirty, Amber = Average and Green = Clean. Following feedback from customers, we have enabled the ability to include Comments on the Incident PDF Export. This will be configured to On in the Form Template for the Incident Investigation Form.
