It is now possible for users via their My Profile to change/update their Username (i.e., email address) that they access Notify with. It is now possible as an External Action assignee to not only see any relevant Attachments to the action you have been assigned, but you will also be able to add a maximum of three attachments (e.g., Photo or Video evidence that you are in progress or have completed your action).
We have enhanced the Action and Audits Filters to be able to drive your Date Filters either based on the ‘Created Date’ or the ‘Due Date’. So, for example if you choose Created Date, the Start Date and End Date filters and remaining filters will be based on when the action was created.
It is now possible to record verification notes when reviewing completed actions. These notes are retained regardless of change of status and will also be included in the Actions CSV Export.
As an Action Assignee (both internal and external Action Assignees), you will now be able to record In-Progress Notes to help inform the Action Manager of any updates to your action whilst it is in progress. These notes are retained regardless of a change in status and are also included in the Action CSV Export.
Actions created outside of the Incident/Audit/Risk Assessment Process, or Standalone Actions linked to an Incident/Audit/Risk Assessment will be included on your PDF export in a Linked Actions table.
It is now possible to link standalone Actions that have been created via the Actions module back to an Incident, Audit or Risk Assessment. To do this, at the footer of the relevant Incident/Audit/Risk Assessment, click the ‘Link Action’ button and from the Link to Standalone Action type in the action number or description to search for the correct action and then click Save. Once the action has...

We have enhanced Form Template Manager with a new feature called Custom Visibility rules that empowers you to show or hide sections or questions based on certain responses, as well as triggering when an action is required, or photo evidence is mandatory. To launch the Custom Visibility Rules feature, click the “ellipses” icon that looks like an eye. To help you identify any Sections or Question...

We have increased the flexibility of Audit Scoring at the Form Template level to choose whether you want to hide the Audit Scores on either or both View Audit screen and PDF Export.
When you export the Audit, Inspection or Checklist Report to PDF, the Header Page will include a count of the failures. Further into the report you will also have a Failed Items Summary table, highlighting the questions that failed and the response that triggered that failure.
Once the Audit has been saved, you will be able to quickly get a count of the number of failed items in the Audit. We also provide a Failed Items Summary at the footer of the View Audit Detail Screen.
In the Form Template configuration for a Cleaning Audit, we are using a RAG Question that allows the reporter to define Red = Dirty, Amber = Average and Green = Clean. For example, where an incident No. 41 has been reported as Ill Health but should have reported as an Injury, you can now click the Change Incident Type button and change Incident No. 41 to be Ill Health. Step 1 of the...
