User Experience : Hide Archived Items in Org Structure
It is now possible to Hide Archived Org Structure items to make it easier to focus on just the active areas of the Org Structure. For example, below when we are managing the Org Structure, without Hide Archived Items ticked you will see the full list of Org Structure items showing both active and archived items, but when Hide Archived Items is ticked you will only see the active Org Structure items.
User Experience : Hide Archived Items in Global Lists
It is now possible to Hide Archived - Global List Items to remove the clutter and to make it easier to focus on just the active Global List Items. For example, below when we are Managing the Global List, without Hide Archived Items ticked you will see the full list of items, but with Hide Archived Items ticked you will only see the active Global List Items.
User Experience : Hide Archived Items in Form Templates
In Form Templates we have added a new Status Filter that enables you to select for example to show just ‘Published’ Form Templates so effectively hiding any ‘Archived’ Form Templates. This filter also takes advantage of Sticky Filters and will automatically remember the last selected item until the filter is cleared or another option is selected from the drop-down list.
User Experience : My Profile – Manage my Notification Subscriptions
We have enabled the ability for users to manage which email notifications they can subscribe to from within My Profile. Selecting the Edit icon allows you to choose what incident type notifications you want to subscribe to.
User Experience : User Management > Improved Usability of Viewing And Managing Permissions
Following feedback from customers, we have made it easier to manage user permissions by grouping the permissions by module. For example, below, on the Incident Management module, you can select the arrow to open the list of permissions available to configure on this module.
Notify AI : Audits App Update
We have improved the usability of the Audits & Inspections Mobile app (IOS and Android) to make it easier to navigate through the sections of your Audits. Where previously you navigated using a scroll bar at the top of the screen, we have now listed the sections horizontally and can access the questions within each section, whilst navigating between sections using the Next and Back buttons.
Notify AI : Form Templates Manager > Restrict Audit Form Templates by Org Structure
We have enhanced the ability to restrict form templates based on their links to Org Structure. So, for example, you may want to restrict a Forklift Truck Inspection template to only be available to be issued by users who are restricted to the Manufacturing areas of the business. Please note that new permissions have been created within the Admin permission group that will need to be configured across your users to support this feature.
Action Tracker : Actions > Assigned Action Notifications > Company Name & Issuer Name
Following feedback from customers indicating that recipients were unsure who had issued them with an Action and whether it was a potential attempt at phishing, we have updated the Assigned Action Notification to now include the issuing Company Name and the name of the individual who has issued the action (i.e., Full Name and User Email Address) as follows:
Action Tracker : Actions > Hide Standards & Clauses
Notify can now configure for you whether Standards & Clauses drop down feature are available on Actions.
NotifyIM : Incident Notifications > Subscribe to LTI and or RIDDOR Email Notifications
As a Department or Company Incident Manager we have now included the ability to subscribe to Lost Time and/or Escalated to Reportable Incident Notifications.
NotifyIM : Incident Investigation > Auto Save Progress on Incident Investigation
Following the implementation of Auto Saving Audits, we have now extended this capability to also include Auto Saving of Incident Investigations. To help identify the last save point, in the bottom right-hand corner of the toolbar it will display the time the incident was last saved.
Notify IM : Incident Investigation > Multiple Incident Investigation Stages
We have now made it possible to support multiple investigation stages during an Incident Investigation.
Security Enhancements : Single Sign On (SSO)
We have introduced the ability to sign into (i.e., authenticate) to Notify Cloud and the Notify Audits & Inspections mobile app via a Single Sign On (SSO) method utilising Microsoft Azure Active Directory. If you would like SSO configured for your Notify account, please contact your account manager.
