We’ve enhanced our Incident Management module to include the ability to mark an Incident as Private & Confidential so that only authorised Notify users with the correct permissions can view and manage the Incident.
Note: Only Department Incident and Company Incidents Managers can flag an incident as confidential. As well as the new Confidential Incident Manager permission group.
Once an Incident is marked as Confidential, a user who does not have access to the detail of the Incident will see the following.
