What you’ll do:

  • Work with a varied group of Notify Customers to ensure their success with Notify’s products through the development of strong long-term relationships
  • Become an advocate for your customers to represent their needs within the Notify business
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities to support the continued expansion of revenue
  • Work with customers on their renewal journey with us minimising customer churn
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Our customers have great ideas, and our Product team wants to hear those!)
  • Help grow our revenue by finding leads for Sales by driving value in every interaction
  • Support the CSM and Head of Customer Success with day to day account management of their key accounts
